Weston-super-Mare Grand Pier

Weston-super-Mare has two piers, the revitalised Grand Pier rebuilt and reopened in 2010 and the crumbling Birnbeck Pier, currently in a rather sad state. Originally at 1080ft, the Grand Pier is now 1200ft (366m) long and is Grade II listed. You can read more on the history of Weston-super-Mare Grand Pier on the NPS website. Read more about my visit to the pier on 12th June.
