Title: Whitecross Place
Location: Broadgate, London
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 10-22mm EF-S f/3.5-4.5 USM
Notes: Another night shot today, taken on the way home from the office. After heavy rain during the afternoon, the pavements were providing some interesting reflections.

Title: Chelmer Canal
Location: Sandford Mill Lock
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: A slightly different viewpoint to my normal monthly scenic location. The light wasn’t too good, but the reflections turned out quite well.

Title: Jaunty Angle

Notes: My attention was caught by the wonky shadow of these railings in Tindal Square whilst out on a street photography walk with some friends this afternoon.

Title: Out Of Place
Location: Whitecross Place, Broadgate
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 20mm EF f/1.7
Notes: Having been in London for four days this week, I was beginning to get bored with walking the same old way to the office. So I decided to take an alternative route and look for some pictures. I was rewarded almost immediately with this nice abstract of a leaf on the pavement in Whitecross Place. Thankfully, I only had the Lumix with me, so I wasn’t hassled by the security guards who normally shoo you away from taking pictures here.

Title: Glitterball Sparkles
Location: Chelmsford High Street
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: I liked these sparkles I found in a shop window. I was “accused” of always photographing the “shiny” today – by a friend who knows me too well! I must have been a magpie in a former life…
