Title: Waiting For Le Tour
Location: Roxwell
Camera: Canon EOS 100D / 8-15mm Fisheye EF f/4 L USM
Extras: Gorillapod / Wireless Remote
Notes: With Le Tour de France Stage 3 coming through Essex today, I got on my bike, (Jeeves the Butler), met up with Dad who brought his bike on the train from Colchester to Chelmsford and we both rode to the outskirts of Roxwell, to wait along part of the route. We got there early and posed for a few pictures while it was quiet – the Péloton passed by in a flash, so no time for selfies then! Dad has been a huge fan of Le Tour for years, and regularly cycles 30-40 miles a week himself, just for fun.

Title: Race Preparation
Location: At home
Camera: Canon EOS 100D / 8-15mm Fisheye EF f/4 L USM

Notes: I’ve not been on my bike for a while, so the tyres needed pumping up as I’m going to need it tomorrow for a 12-mile ride to see the Tour de France Stage 3 come through Essex! My bike is made by Claude Butler – so is known as Jeeves (the Butler).
