Day #221

Day #221Title: Flatford Idyll
Location: Flatford Mill Field Study Centre
Camera: Canon EOS 5D MkIII / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Extras: Tripod / Wireless Remote
Notes: I attended an interesting Landscape Photography workshop today with Fran Halsall, organised by GNPC. We started off at the Flatford Mill Field Study Centre, deep in the heart of Constable Country before heading out into the local area for some practical sessions, finishing off around sunset at Levington Creek, a few miles north in Suffolk. This is the classic view across the River Stour looking towards Willy Lott’s Cottage, made famous by John Constable’s painting, The Haywain.
