Day #1818

Day #1818 Title: Schneider-Kreuznach Radionar
Location: Wivenhoe
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 100mm EF f/2.8 L IS USM
Notes: This venerable beastie is one of my Dad’s old medium format cameras. He bought it new on 30th April 1955 and it cost the princely sum of £13! I thought I would have a little play around with my modern DSLR and macro lens while I was visiting over the weekend.

Day #1817 Title: The Light That Shines
Location: At home
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 100mm EF f/2.8 L IS USM
Notes: I hate the shortest day of the year. But thankfully, for this Winter Solstice, the sun did shine for a while. I caught it sparkling off some silver beads hanging round my little white Christmas tree. So glad the days will start lengthening again from now until high summer!
