Notes: It was the Ingatestone & Fryerning Horticultural Society’s annual Summer Show today. What a day for the weather! Despite the rain, there was a good turnout. In one corner of the field there was a display of vintage Morgans. I managed to photograph this shiny red one during a very brief period of sunshine. The proud owner had already mopped up all the rain from the paintwork!
