Title: Winter Comes To The Mill
Location: Moulsham Mill
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: I enjoyed an excellent photowalk today with friend Rodney from the Chelmsford Photowalk group. We took a very snowy amble around the River Can and out to Baddow Meads, then back to the pub for a pint or two.

Title: Here We Go Again!
Location: At home
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: More snow returns to the South East, and allegedly there will be another fall overnight. I’m hoping to go on a snowy photoshoot tomorrow, let’s see how that goes! In the meantime, I was cowardly and stuck the camera out of the kitchen window for this shot. Brrr! It was cold!

Title: The Snow Returns
Location: At home
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 20mm EF f/1.7
Notes: A bit of a lazy shot today. I’m not averse to cavorting around in the snow if the sun is out, but I didn’t much feel like venturing into the mini blizzard which greeted me this morning. So this is shot from the sofa, looking out the front window! Besides, I have to stay in and get on with some work. Perhaps I’ll play outside tomorrow, if the light improves. By the looks of the forecast, the white stuff isn’t going anywhere in a hurry.

Title: Sunrise Glow
Location: At home
Camera: Canon EOS 30D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: Some of you may know that I’m not too keen on early mornings, so I don’t tend to photograph many sunrises. One advantage of the winter mornings is that the sun only gets up about the same time as me, so occasionally I am able to witness the event. The only down side is that the view east from my window isn’t particularly exciting, but at 8:01 I wasn’t about to go rushing off to find a better location – it would have been and gone anyway by the time I found somewhere suitable.
