Day #942

Day #942 Title: Geraniums At The Window
Location: Danbury
Camera: Canon EOS 7D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: I have driven by this cottage on my way through Danbury many times. I usually think “oh, I must stop and take a photo of it on the way home” and then promptly forget. Well, tonight, I remembered! I loved the bright vibrant Geraniums against the black and white of the cottage.

Day #773

Day #773 Title: University
Location: Bloomsbury, London
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 20mm EF f/1.7
Notes: I had a bit of time to kill between meetings in London today, so I took a wander around Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia. This is the sign outside the UCL Student Union building – I liked the way the brake lights of passing cars were reflected in the shiny black paint. And a great subject for Treasure Hunt theme 35: Vanishing Point

Day #748

Day #748 Title: Take A Seat
Location: The Salmon Youth Centre, Bermondsey
Camera: Panasonic Lumix GF1 / 20mm EF f/1.7
Notes: I spent a very enjoyable day at PresentationCamp London1 today. Lots of great talks and interesting discussions. There was also a bouncy castle and rope swing, both of which I could not resist having a go on! We are all big kids at heart. The chairs were pretty funky too!
