Title: Aftermath
Location: Paper Mill Lock, Little Baddow
Camera: Canon EOS 30D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: I stopped off at Paper Mill Lock on my way home from a meeting in Maldon today, wanting to see what sort of a mess it was in after last week’s flooding. The waters have receded since their height, but there was still plenty pouring over the top of the lock gates. And poor old Canberra is the unfortunate vessel which is partially submerged. Here is a photo of it with the waters almost covering the roof, taken last Saturday (not by me, I hasten to add). Ouch.

Good to see the Canberra above water, hope it will be fully restored.
