Notes: Messing about with a bit of still life again. These are some nice straws I found at the supermarket this afternoon. Another one on the theme of “Lines & Curves”.

Notes: Continuing the single-colour theme, today’s colour was pink. This is a glass of fizzy Russchian Tonic which has a pale pink hue.
Title: Crazy Straws

Notes: I was camped in front of the telly watching the rugby for much of the afternoon, but found time between halves to have a play with these crazy straws. I picked them up in the supermarket a few days ago, thinking they would make a nice still life composition. The new lens right open at f/4 gave a shallow depth of field.
