Day #339Title: Sun Sinks Low
Location: Galleywood
Camera: Canon EOS 30D / 17-85mm EF f/4-5.6 IS USM
Notes: Another miserable start to the day, but things perked up in the afternoon. I haven’t been to my favourite sunset-watching spot recently, so I paid it a visit.

Day #337Title: A Chink In The Clouds
Location: Chelmer Park
Camera: Canon EOS 30D / 17-85mm EF f/4-5.6 IS USM
Notes: I managed to snatch a few minutes in the park this afternoon, in between showers and meetings. I liked the silhouette of Galleywood Church on the horizon, framed by these two trees.

Day #316Title: Car Park Silhouette
Location: Chelmsford
Camera: Canon Ixus 850IS compact

Day #292Title: On The Horizon
Location: Copford
Camera: Canon EOS 30D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: I enjoyed a walk near the church in Copford this afternoon, and this was a rather nice tree on the horizon as I was going back to the car.

Day #262Title: The Seeds Have Flown
Location: Padham’s Green
Camera: Canon EOS 30D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes: I was able to take a walk late this afternoon, after a meeting in Ingatestone. The sun had come out and I enjoyed the fresh air whilst looking for another geocache in the area. As I made my way along a bridleway, I found these long-gone seed heads standing out against the blue sky.

Location: At home
Camera: Canon EOS 30D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM

Different day, different rooftops. Quite a contrast from yesterday.

Day #212Title: On Safari…
Location: Galleywood
Camera: Canon EOS 30D / 24-105mm EF f/4 L IS USM
Notes:
I was camped in front of my computer for much of the day again today. But I did manage to nip out this evening to take a few shots at my favourite sunset-watching location. I thought this looked a bit like the view you might get on an African Safari. Not bad for south Chelmsford, eh?
