I’m going to guess that it’s a LCD screen that you’ve magnified quite a lot.

It’s a fancy gift-wrap bag with hologram patterns on the side – I just noticed the nice colours and shapes as I walked past – it was sitting on a shelf at home and caught a spotlight at just the right angle.
