2008 - My Year In Pictures

Notes: I’ve been fascinated by Broccoli Romanesco ever since I saw a picture of it on Flickr ages ago, but haven’t been able to find any in the shops unti yesterday. So this morning, I decided to have a go at some still life, lit by natural sunlight from the window. Seems too good to eat, doesn’t it?

Notes: I didn’t manage to get out early today while the sun was out, so had to settle with an indoor shot for today’s picture.

Notes: Still not feeling too great, the sneezing and coughing are coming and going. So I spent the day watching Team GB winning medals on the telly, and eating grapes - aren’t they supposed to make you feel better?

Notes: There’s nothing quite like a long, cold, fizzy drink - chocked full of ice - to keep you cool on a hot summer’s day.

Notes: I had hoped to take something a little less mundane for Day 200, but sadly this was the most interesting part of my day! After a morning meeting, I enjoyed a quick coffee in town before coming home, having lunch and spending the rest of the day doing boring filing. I’m sure you didn’t want to see a picture of that.

Notes: I went with a friend to a networking event at Five Lakes Golf & Country Club today. On the way back, we passed the famous Tiptree Jam Factory and stopped for a cream tea. It just had to be done, didn’t it?
